Παράδοση με μεταφορική courier (ACS Courier) εντός 1-2 εργάσιμων ημερών (στις δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές ενδέχεται να καθυστερεί 1 έως 2 ημέρες παραπάνω).

Ημέρες παράδοσης: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή από τις 09:00 μέχρι τις 13:00 (εκτός επίσημων αργιών)

Federal Express Service, FedEx or DHL - η παράδοση ολοκληρώνετε εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών από την μέρα αποστολής και το κόστος διαφοροποιείτε αναλόγως τον προορισμό.

Delivery Information

With this option orders will be delivered to the address you have provided within 3 working days from the day we sent you a dispatch email.

Delivery within Cyprus

Orders will be delivered within Cyprus using ACS Courier to all cities within 1-2 working days from the day we dispatch your order. Please note that all deliveries that cannot be delivered to your door can be picked up from the nearest ACS Office.

Extra Information

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.  If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
